Important Announcement
As your new CRA president, it has come to my attention that there have been numerous, egregious safety violations on the pistol range. Members and guests have been shooting without eye protection, handling firearms while others are downrange, pointing firearms in unsafe directions and even shooting while persons are downrange! On multiple occasions, CRA range officers have observed these actions and politely warned members. Such warnings have been ignored and some members have continued to act in an unsafe manner. From this point forward, there will be no more warnings. License plates have been photographed and members have been identified. Anyone who continues to act in this manner will immediately forfeit their CRA membership. If a safety violation is observed while on the range, members will be asked to promptly produce ID and turn in their key to a CRA range officer upon request.
Effective immediately, there will be no unauthorized use of the ranges for any training and/or firearm instruction. Anyone not adhering to new rules and safety protocols or not following range officers and range officials direction shall face immediate expulsion. In addition, a member will face expulsion if caught with a center fire rifle (using non-pistol caliber ammunition) or a shotgun on the Pistol Range. These constant safety violations will not be further tolerated and are a danger to the membership. Please report any unsafe incident or practice you may witness to a Range Official or Range Officer.

Copicut is a member's only private gun club. Sponsorship by an existing member is required to join. To apply for new membership, click on link above.
We have an active shooting event schedule for the membership to enjoy and participate in some friendly competition. It's a great time to get out and have some fun!
Copicut has an excellent rifle team that competes in the Rhode Island League Matches. We are always looking for rifle shooters that will become serious to compete with us.
